Course Profile: |
The race is on a 14 mile loop in Harriman State Park that features a steep 2 mile downhill with speeds hitting 50mph into a hairpin turn - traditionally followed by a 3 mile climb up Tiorati Brook Road. The rest of the course is up and down with another climb of over a mile.
For 2010, Tiorati Brook Road has been replaced due to bridge damage by a climb of over 2 miles with some parts reaching 12% grade. It is a continuous climb for over 2 miles with some very steep sections.
